I am a penultimate Business Management undergraduate at Singapore Management University, majoring in Operations Management.
My most recent internship stint was at Ninja Van as an OPEX Intern. I was attached to the Project Management Office department. My responsibilities included reviewing and interpreting daily operational data to identify issues and provide solutions which optimize service levels, efficiency and overall process flows. Additionally, I also initiated various automated documentation processes.
Prior to this, I was a Content Marketing and Operations Intern at Zipline.io. I curated weekly articles to drive SEO traffic to the Zipline site via WordPress, generated monthly insights reports on employee and customer experience for clients, and analyzed data and identified points of concern.
I will be graduating from SMU in the first half of 2024.
