• To be responsible of purchasing process in hotel (Capex, Printing, Maintenance Product, of hotel) in the purchasing section have 3 purchasing staff
• Issuing purchasing order for new soft, food, Beverage, general all dept in the hotel
• Providing comparison
• Finding new supplier that is reduction cost
• Following purchase process with supplier control all purchases
• Every 6 month evaluate supplier
• PR/PO/Quotation
• Pre opening new project 97 room
• Market survey every 4 month
• Mod (issue Report Kpi and Normal Report)
• Due with shipping when need product form Head office in Taiwan
• Issue the document Capex send to Head office Taiwan to approve
