-Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
-Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
-Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
-Leading employment branding initiatives.
-Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
-Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
-Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
-Assist in employee retention and development
- Getting requirements from Center of Human resource department and clients to analytical applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification after that convince them how possible it is.
- Updates and track recruitments files, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media. Coordinate between internal of user requirements and web master contact.
- Find a new strategy channel for increasing resumes.
- Searching and matching candidates to jobs for potential applicants.
- Greeting, Interviewing and testing job seekers.
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values to the organization.
- Generate CVs after the interview and send to in house and clients for consideration.
- Management interviews by coordinating schedule and evaluates applicant by discussing job requirement qualification with manager.
- Handle all the end to end recruitment procedures, processes, activities and responsible for continuing process improvement.
- Builds relationship with university for recruitment channel & internship internal process.
- Meeting targets for vacancies filed and people placed and also keeping records and negotiating expect salary.
- Provide information of staff & done the report of staff each daily and monthly to the management team.
- Database input for web application and information's back up.
