• Consult planning and find the solution to configure mobile services with marketing, business, engineering or other relevant team.
• Supporting customer complaints incase wrong configuration on system.
• Improve configuration process of all systems to increase productivity and reduce any errors from configuration.

• Support Customer Complaint and find the root cause within SLA time.
• Analysis & Improvement front line (CM, Shop, IT, Others) ticket process.
• To have good ticket, good quality and minimize restore time of customer complaint.
