Mike Clarke

I have taught Primary and Secondary Students in China, Japan, Italy and Spain. I enjoy teaching all subjects. I can teach languages at Primary level and I have interests in coding, sports and music.

I have over 20 years experience in 5 different countries. I have taught in all key stages but most of my experience has been in Key Stage 2. I have delivered courses in Spanish and Coding as well as the core subjects. I have ten years experience of teaching EAL and 12 years of experience in the Primary Classroom. I have also taught 2 years of supply which has given me flexibility and a wide understanding of different teaching approaches.

I have been studying online with the University of Harvard. CS50 is an introduction to Computer Science. It is tough going but I aim to complete the course by the mid 2023.
