• Partner with hiring managers to conduct manpower planning and define job requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (End-to-End Recruitment), including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Source Effectiveness, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Provide recruitment consultation, market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to increase hiring efficiency and attract high-quality talent.
