Monitoring and Control budget, Control schedule, Control direct/Indirect manpower, Control subcontractor, Control quality of Work

Attending for Handover Walk down inspection and Handover to commissioning.

Consulting and Coordinate with Owner, Main contractor, Subcontractor.

Consulting about basic engineering and assist the lead piping design engineer to Answer relevant site technical queries.

WPS, PQR, WQT, Welding history Sheet, Test boundary (P&ID Markup), Test package, MDR, RFI, RFC, FQP, ECC, JSA, PTW, NCR, Method statement,

Damage report, Materials missing report and Other Necessaries report.

Prepare weekly report (3-Week Schedule, Weekly S-Curve, Weekly Key

Event with Photo Report, Weekly update erection details schedule, Problem lesson learned, and Project close out report.) to be reported.
