I have been teaching English with Drama and performing arts for about 15 years .My background is in Drama for Performance and I have a Professional Development Diploma in Acting from Chichester College in the UK. I was part of a Theatre Group in the UK which put on performances including Shakespeare as well as running workshops for young adults in other European countries. I also have experience teaching drama and directing groups of younger performers where in many cases English was not their first language. I did this for several years in Tokyo as well as for a brief spell in Switzerland. Most recently, I have worked for Julia Gabriel Speech and Drama Centre Singapore, but in their Bangkok centre where I helped to grow the number of students while teaching them weekly classes in speech and drama. I am currently working at an international school in Bangkok where I teach Drama and demonstrate puppetry skills to younger children.
