• Network Design & Link Budgeting: Designed a Train-to-Wayside Communication (TWC) system using Moxa IEEE 802.11 (Wi-Fi) solutions to support both CBTC signaling system and Onboard CCTV system, calculating the link budgets to determine the maximum access point distances while maintaining critical network redundancy.
