Position : SUPERVISOR PAYROLL SPECAILIST

• Process payroll, Overtime and other allowance.
• Calculated tax and tax absorb by company. Implement payroll system for our client's company.
• Prepare and upload bank text file in online system. Prepare pay slip carbon and e-pay slip.
• Prepare monthly report for filing to Revenue Department (PND1), Social Security Office and Provident fund.
• Prepare yearly report for client such as PND1K, Withholding Tax Certificate (50Tawi), Workmen Compensation (KT20 K) and PND 91.
• Give advice about the tax allowance for client's employee.
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate with client to meet the client's expected result and for resolving the problems.
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
