Lawyer, trainer, and coordinator of civil society projects. My work lies at the intersection of gender equality, civic engagement, and education. I develop and implement projects focused on women's rights, leadership, and advocacy. I am particularly interested in international cooperation, civil society development, and adult education.

A professional with more than 20 years of experience in the public sector, civil society organizations, and corporate learning and development. I specialize in project coordination, gender equality, adult education, and leadership development.
I have experience in designing and implementing corporate training programs in the banking sector (reaching approximately 100 training participants), as well as hands-on work in developing internal learning and staff development systems.
I worked with the National Democratic Institute (NDI), supporting the activities of 9 gender-focused deputy groups in local councils, organizing more than 30 training and advocacy events, and contributing to the development of strategic and regulatory documents.
As the head of a civil society organization, I have implemented over 20 projects and more than 120 activities in the fields of education, advocacy, and culture. I also developed a proprietary methodology aimed at strengthening gender awareness and civic engagement.
I combine expertise in project management, facilitation, adult learning, and stakeholder engagement, guided by democratic values and a commitment to creating positive social impact.

Маю досвід розробки та впровадження корпоративних навчальних програм у банківському секторі (близько 100 учасників тренінгів), а також практичної роботи по розвитку системи внутрішнього навчання та розвитку персоналу. Працювала з Національним демократичним інститутом (NDI), де підтримувала діяльність 9 депутатських груп з гендерних питань у місцевих радах, організовувала понад 30 навчальних і адвокаційних заходів, брала участь у розробці стратегічних та нормативних документів. Як керівниця громадської організації реалізувала понад 20 проєктів і понад 120 заходів у сфері освіти, адвокації та культури, а також розробила власну методику розвитку гендерної культури та громадянської участі. Поєдную експертизу в управлінні проєктами, фасилітації, навчанні дорослих і роботі зі стейкхолдерами, орієнтуючись на демократичні цінності та соціальний вплив.
