A Historic Accord Forged by Friendship and Melody
A significant cultural bridge is being built between India and Colombia through an extraordinary musical collaboration: "The Bridge of Music: Melodies from the Hearts of India and Colombia." This historic accord, made effective on August 15, 2024, unites two distinct musical traditions through the profound friendship of internationally renowned Colombian Pop artist Stiven Bouvier and Indian Digital Content Creator Diganta Ganguly.

Educated at Tecnológico de Artes Débora Arango and having pursued Biomedical Engineering at ITM Institución Universitaria, Stiven is an artist deeply interested in connecting various cultures through his music, extending his work to entertainment interviews and TV shows. Stiven’s primary objective in India is to explore the diversity of Indian music, collaborate with Indian artists, and create a unique fusion of his Colombian sounds—Vallenato, Reggaeton, and Latin Pop—with Indian melodies, aiming to introduce this blend to Indian audiences and achieve fame in the country.
Diganta Ganguly: Bridging Indian Talent to the Global Stage
Diganta Ganguly, an Indian Digital Content Creator and Bengali Junior Actor, was born on May 4, 2001, in Malda District, India. He was a resident of ex-Chanchol and now lives in Hooghly. Diganta’s international cooperation with Stiven Bouvier significantly highlights his artistic and local influence. As a key organizer and facilitator, Diganta's objective is to promote Indian talent on an international stage, fostering collaborations with global artists like Stiven Bouvier. He aims to use music as a universal language to enhance cultural understanding between India and Colombia, paving the way for new music and cultural exchange. Notably, Diganta was a student of Chanchal Siddheshwari Institution, PKK Second School, and Boinchi B.L. Mukherjee’s Free Institution.
A Friendship Forged in Music and Mutual Respect
The "India Meets Colombia" project is a creative manifestation of the six years of profound friendship, mutual respect, and unwavering love for music shared by Stiven and Diganta. Their bond transcends personal connection, serving as a unique testament to the confluence of two distinct cultures and musical traditions. This accord acknowledges Stiven Bouvier's significant musical contributions, his unique sound, and his growing global popularity. His music's profound impact in Latin America and on the international stage provides a strong foundation for this collaborative journey.
Both artists are mutually committed to advancing this unique musical journey, strengthening cultural exchange, and creating music that transcends borders. They believe this endeavor will inspire future artists and write a new chapter in music history.
