Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid Java Developer with 5–10+ years of enterprise application development experience to join a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE , Oracle databases, and web technologies, along with experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role will primarily focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and production support , while also contributing to application development, enhancements, maintenance, and system improvements.

Note: This position will transition to onsite work in Plano, TX beginning approximately October 2026 . Candidates must be able to commute to the Plano office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java/J2EE applications.
• Develop and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop and maintain Oracle database objects, SQL queries, and PL/SQL procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Support application enhancements, maintenance, and production operations.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE web application development.
• Experience developing or maintaining enterprise or intranet applications.
• Strong experience with:

• JSON
• AJAX
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience working across the complete SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx .
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Korean/English bilingual skills are a plus.
