-Enabling business customer

-Consumer engagement - this specific effort is around laying a foundation, in the future handling social hand

-Business area: laying foundational pieces, social handle and customer and know how the agent can better serve them

-Prioritize conversation

?need to collect first party social handle - instead of handling with third party, batch batter overnight, not the most up to date information. Third party products - a couple of other biz groups involved.
