Senior supply chain, S&OP, procurement, logistics, and operations leader with 18+ years of progressive experience across Tyson Foods, Spirit AeroSystems, and Cargill. My background includes demand planning, S&OP/SIOP, procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory planning, SAP/ERP processes, KPI reporting, and cross-functional manufacturing support. I am seeking a senior-level supply chain leadership role where I can help improve procurement execution, supplier performance, inventory strategy, planning discipline, operational visibility, and overall business results.

I am especially interested in this opportunity because it aligns strongly with my background and allows me to bring my end-to-end supply chain experience back to the Wichita market.

I currently serve in a demand planning leadership role at Tyson Foods, where I lead a team supporting forecast cycles, S&OP inputs, volume planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional business alignment across sales, operations, finance, marketing, and supply planning. My planning experience includes short-term and long-range planning horizons, including 4-week, 13-week, and 27-month views. Previously, I supported S&OP and demand planning processes for more than 200 million pounds of annual volume within Tyson Prepared Foods.

Prior to Tyson, I held supply chain and procurement roles with Spirit AeroSystems, including work in Global Supply Chain Management supporting aerospace manufacturing, supplier management, RFQs, supplier agreements, procurement execution, SAP-based processes, inventory monitoring, supplier performance, and internal stakeholder coordination. I also held logistics and carrier operations responsibilities with Cargill, where I supported transportation execution, carrier coordination, cost/service balance, and day-to-day logistics performance.

Across my career, I have built a strong end-to-end supply chain perspective across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory, material flow, ERP/MRP processes, KPI visibility, and manufacturing support.
