As a Washington Correspondent for Cronkite News and Arizona PBS, I utilized research and data journalism techniques to accurately synthesize legislative issues from Capitol Hill covering politics, border, and education issues producing 23 quick-turn and enterprise stories with photos. In the summer of 2023, I worked as an investigative journalist for the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism on a nationwide investigation into the expansion of a conservative Sheriff's group to produce a comprehensive project carried on the AP national wire, where it was the second most viewed story with 146,000 unique views.
