As Senior Assistant City Attorney, I advise and provide counsel to the City of Renton and its elected officials on a wide variety of municipal issues.
My primary department assignments are: Police, Public Works (Airport), Human Resources & Risk Management, and Parks & Recreation.
Areas of practice: litigation, civil rights, police/municipal liability, civil asset forfeiture, airport law, employment law, contracts, property.
I also have knowledge and experience in the areas of land use, code enforcement, and Washington's Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records Act.
