I'm a peer support specialist, recovery coach, and trans parent offering trauma-informed guidance to families and individuals navigating addiction, identity, and oppressive systems. With nearly 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry—and deep roots in recovery work—I now center my practice on helping families, especially those involved in family court, build affirming and protective environments for their transgender and gender-diverse children.
My work is rooted in lived experience: recovery from addiction, parenting through transition, and healing from generational trauma. I support people in breaking cycles—whether that means letting go of harmful patterns, unlearning enmeshment, or stepping into leadership in their own lives.
I facilitate one-on-one coaching, peer support, and workshops that blend embodiment, anti-oppressive practice, and nervous system healing. I also consult with professionals and organizations looking to better serve LGBTQ+ communities in trauma-informed and sustainable ways.
