I am a hands on worker in a face place environment, problem solving is one of my strengths. I Have experience with robotics and cnc machining, also i was a lead for the past 6 years. Fixing the machines and programs has been a task I was required to complete for the past 5 years. I am eager to learn and always ready to work.
• Responsible for the safe, efficient completion of the assembly process in a high quality and repeatable manner• Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Assembly Area personnel to develop efficient methods for assembling product• Complete all required Production documentation including but not limited to process sheets, checklists, gate reviews, and non-conformance documentation• Perform in-process inspection steps to ensure the quality of the work performed and the functionality of the component and/or module• Cross train with other production and maintenance disciplines as directed• Program, set-up, and operate CNC equipment (preferred)• Identify efficiency improvement, cost-savings, and quality improvement opportunities• Confer with Manufacturing Engineering staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods• Maintain production equipment• Support electromechanical troubleshooting of Product and support equipment• Participate in EH&S reviews and investigation of component failures• Assist in production training for new employees as required
