With my formal background in human resources, along with my vast arsenal of knowledge in multiple fields within HR, I was thrilled to hear of this position. I am positive my skills and background will make me an excellent fit for the position of Lead HR Generalist.

I once believed that human resources are job positions that doesn’t matter with the products being sold since we deal solely with the employees, but I learned that when I’m interested in the product, it makes quite a big difference and impact on my work/life balance.

I am confident that the skills I developed in previous positions have prepared me for this opportunity as Lead HR Generalist. My expertise in communication and open mindedness make me a great candidate for this opening and would love to share more information about my previous experience.

In my last position at Sega of America, I found joy working for a company I had adored since my childhood. I utilized my prior experience as a HR generalist and helped streamline major components such as administration, payroll, end of year tax forms and reports, 401K audits, etc.

I re-attended UCSD to pursuit a degree in Business Communication to further my career in human resource managment. I received a 3.4 average GPA and is currently studying to receive PHRM or SHRM certification.
