I’m Alex and I’m a NHA certified phlebotomist with six years of experience in both busy outpatient and inpatient settings. Aside from being a damn good phlebotomist, I have a fantastic bedside manner that puts patients at ease with humor and empathy. Sometimes you have to meet people where they are, fears and all. I’m a dependable and reliable go-getter who is always ready to help out where and when my team needs me. I’m detail oriented and focused on patient care.

• Six years of both inpatient and outpatient experience in busy settings (40-75 sticks daily)
• Well versed in processing specimens for testing or sending out 
• Experience drawing babies, children, and elderly patients
• Experience with hard sticks i.e. oncology and cardiac patients
• Sample processing and aliquoting 

1000 hours of classroom/practical education with three months of externship
