I am an accomplished market research and audience insights leader with over 15 years of experience driving data-informed strategy, consumer engagement, and business growth. As Director of Audience Insights at TEGNA, I led enterprise-level research efforts across 64 brands, advising C-suite executives, and launching the company’s first Research & Insights Summit. Prior to that, at TV One and PBS, I advanced digital and consumer strategies by integrating predictive analytics, cross-platform data pipelines, and customer-first insights frameworks.
Across my career, I’ve specialized in translating complex data into actionable strategies, leading DEI-focused research initiatives, modernizing analytics systems, and building high-performing, insights-driven teams. I hold a Master’s degree in Television Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, providing a strong foundation in media strategy, audience engagement, and communication theory.
