I am a healthcare worker passionate about diagnostics and making a difference for all. I have been in the Healthcare field for 3 years outside of college and worked at a research lab in college for almost 4 years. I am highly teachable, I am a fast learner, and a good teacher. My passion is continued education for all and patient education for not only proper informed consent but also for self advocacy.
I have 2 years experience in Medical Technology and have worked in a lab for over 5 years including college. I worked in research for a plastic surgery practice for one year after graduating working with patient data, working on IRB paperwork for new and existing studies, and writing papers. Now I am a medical technologist in the diagnostics field.
Technical skills include CBC, A1C, coagulation, ESR; hemoglobin, immunotyping, and protein electrophoresis (serum and urine), kappa/lambda free light chain, PCR, DNA extraction, and gel electrophoresis
I graduated from Rutgers University in 2022 with a 3.5 GPA majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience
