Prepare and send out electronic invoices
Follow up with clients to ensure collections are received per contractual agreements
Create monthly or weekly statements to send to clients per their individual needs
Answer client phone calls and emails to answer questions or concerns
Work directly with our vendor operations team to resolve any conflicts between billing and customer requirements
Backup team members duties to ensure operations run smoothly upon their absence
