Outbound Operations Supervisor - Urban Outfitters
Directed daily outbound and shipping operations for teams of 60–80 associates. Aligned staffing to workload using UPH, LMS, gap-time, attendance, and productivity data; managed scheduling, timekeeping, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and corrective action; and reinforced SOPs and safety expectations to improve consistency and performance. Worked closely with receiving, quality assurance, rework, put-away, HR, and other departments to resolve issues and keep work moving efficiently.
Trained associates across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and retail fulfillment operations. Served as a liaison between the distribution center and call centers. Helped reduce errors by strengthening communication and standard work.
