Most recently, I led marketing at Wellinks, a digital health company supporting people with chronic respiratory conditions. I built the marketing function from the ground up, hiring a team, implementing a Martech stack, and launching integrated campaigns, resulting in an18% improved conversion rate and 74% member engagement, driving demand for both patients and health plans. I also worked cross-functionally with product and sales to align on messaging for sales collateral, securing events and speaker opportunities, and worked with clinical to improve the member experience from acquisition and retention.
Before that, I was at Optum Health, managing marketing for 250+ employer clients. I launched campaigns that drove over 2,400 enrollments and onboarded 6 national employer accounts in just six months. When Optum partnered with Red Ventures to form a joint venture, RVO Health, I stepped into a leadership role, building a new team and scaling marketing for programs including Real Appeal, Quit for Life, and wellness coaching.
At Thomson Reuters, I worked with a team in the UK to launch High Q in North America. This product improved efficiency at small to medium firms in how they manage legal documents. I gained experience in demand gen, working closely with our ABM team to drive leads and conversions.
Earlier in my career, I gained a solid foundation in paid media, brand, and category marketing at Best Buy. I also have agency and radio sales experience.
