Stood up internal finance functions across accounting (Sage Intacct, 606 revenue recognition, purchase accounting for acquisitions, transfer pricing, audit, lender reporting), FP&A, HR, lender reporting, internal operations, legal, and corporate development. From 2023 to 2024 doubled revenue and EBITDA (pro forma for acquisitions).

• Cleaned up the accounting and tax functions, including months to get the balance sheet to balance
• Grew and hired from a team of 2 direct reports to 10 reports (direct and indirect)
• Implemented and streamlined sales/revenue operations through Salesforce (did not have a GTM leader)
• Led the acquisition and integration of 3 add-on businesses (2 in Australia and 1 in Canada) without a CEO for 7 months, including a $2m reduction in force. Migrated acquisitions from cash to GAAP and moved them from Quickbooks/Xero to Sage Intacct. Cleaned up significant tax liabilities from the Australian acquisitions

Responsible for standing up internal finance functions across accounting, FP&A and reporting (Hubpsot, monthly review cadences for ARR, presentations to the board) and analysis. Five months in was tapped by the board to lead the onboarding/implementation team of 3 individuals.

Responsible for helping to stand up internal finance functions across accounting (Netsuite, 606 revenue recognition, purchase accounting for acquisitions, transfer pricing, audit), reporting (Salesforce, monthly review cadences for ARR, presentations to the board) and analysis across multiple jurisdictions internationally.
