Partnered with the Internal Staffing Agency, Recruitment and Human Resources for hiring for the site and the region to ensure Headcount position is forecasted accurately, requisitions are filled in order to keep the region staffed appropriately.
- Managed the Controllership of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for the two regions. Identified controllership opportunities in PR and PO Central Accounting. Reduced dollar amount invoiced by 21% YoY by focusing on ECM spend and reduction of RME and Spare Part orders by working with the Network RME finance by placing guardrails around order quality and On-Hand accuracy.
- Managed and audited CAPEX, OPEX spend and managed NBV0 assets for the two regions. Created a network training module to train Senior Operations, RME, IT, Safety, LP and Procurement teams on how to complete ECMs, CARs and track project spend. Created a weekly cadence around reviewing and validation around comprehensive business case and assumptions for each site by creating an WP &ROI template and intake portal.
- Managed and audited the Employee Relations budget for the two regions. Reduced regional spend by 13% YoY and met budget expectations for 2024. Created an ER tracker for each region and partnered with Operations and Human Resources on planned spend quarterly and ensured execution of PEAK spend and activities for each sites associates.
