I was an assistant manager at Little Caesars for a year and a half. And before that, I was a Crew Member for Little Caesars for over 10 years. So I know what customer service is all about. I dealt with the customer’s complaints as well as their inquiries and placed their orders whether it be from online, walk-ins, or over the phone.
I also opened and closed the store as well as cleaned after my shift ended and restocked the store with the inventory. I also handled the cash register and helped out fellow employees and helped make the dough in the morning So I’m no stranger to hard work.
I also know how to act professional and to stay calm in stressful situations. I also maintained up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. As well as mentored staff to enhance skills and achieve daily tasks, using hand-on and motivational leadership. All of these skills, I acquired at Little Caesars.
I have an Associate degree (from Miami Dade College) and a Bachelor’s degree (from Barry University) both Administration.
