Melissa Davis

For the last 3 years I have worked for Jimmy John’s. I started out as a delivery driver but through Hard work and determination I quickly moved up the ranks. I worked as the General Manager of one location and the assistant manager at many other locations.

I am often complemented on my great customer service, bubbly personality, quick problem solving, and my amazing team work. I have experience as a hostess at Dave and buster, retail worker at Walmart, and customer service at Kroger. I am alway the reliable one that gets called in on her off days as I never turn down the opportunity to work.

Along with my many years in customer service I also have some firefighter training as I perused that career path before Covid. In that training I did ride alongs, got cpr certified, did live burns, and much more.

My current job is an Assistant Manager at Jimmy John’s. I have been with the company for 3 years but only just got to the location I am at. I am working my way to be the General Manager in a couple of months.

My only education after high school was fire science courses that lasted 2 semesters. Sadly due to health issues and Covid I had to stop Perusing that path. I’m that time I learned many skills including cpr, how to put out most small fires, life saving techniques if a fire were to happen, and much more. I did ride alongs with my local fire department, went to live burns, and passed every test I was given.
