Oversaw $160M in joint special operations cyber, electronic warfare, and intelligence sensor integration portfolio for 27 Special Operations Command aircraft platforms.

• Led 52 selectively hired Airmen performing cyber, electronic warfare, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions.
• Deployed as a detachment Mission Commander for a joint task force performing airborne cyber,

survey, collection, geolocation, electronic warfare, and threat warning operations.

Flight Commander | 32nd Intelligence Squadron | Fort Meade, MD | 2015 – 2016

Collaborated with DOD personnel and national security leaders in developing detailed plans necessary to achieve highest priority national security outcomes. Oversaw a $200M portfolio of cutting-edge cyber and intelligence sensor development.

• Led a team of 35 Airmen across multiple missions, and responsible for their corresponding sensitive hardware, in global cyber as well as intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations.
• Managed 26 joint cyber and intelligence personnel on airborne watch and quick-response teams.

Junior Officer Cryptologic Career Program Intern | National Security Agency | Fort Meade, MD | 2012 –

2015

Led cyber and intelligence technical analysis in identifying and mapping out over 300 targets as part of emerging requirement to focus on the Asia-Pacific Theater. Led the reporting on over 70 top national priority reports, three of which were of interest to the President and other reports of which the Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State praised. Lead Targeting Analyst tour in HUMINT/SIGINT Collection Management cell.

• Deployed in direct support of a joint task force eliminating high-value adversaries and their networks.
• PMO’d framework for the Air Force and Army to combine forces in joint unit with unique cyber,

SIGINT, and HUMINT authorities and capabilities.

Managed unit foreign military intelligence collection activities and advanced source operations programs. Scripted scenarios for Joint Chiefs of Staff-led exercises preparing U.S. and partner special operators to execute operational and contingency plans.
