Skilled at providing therapeutic and creative interventions, curriculum and program design, and facilitating groups as well as individual sessions. My work emphasizes mindful practices, self expression, and the philosophy that trauma is largely stored in the central nervous system where a combination of activities and talk therapies best promote healing.

After a successful career in marketing, e-commerce, multimedia, and design. I've spent recent years facilitating artistic groups in the behavioral health space.

I have a BS Human and Family Development from Arizona State University. I am currently midway through the school's MSW program as well.
