My name is Angel Acosta, I have 3+ years working in customer service and about a year and a half in business development. At Fantastic Sams and Summit I have helped minimize costs on products, issue emails and coupons to keep a consistent clientele, keep customer service at an all time high at all times, and help read reviews and any other critiques from anyone and take them serious to help improve any area of the business.

My most relevant education comes from highschool, several educational and business books, as well as a course on economics. Although my most important education has came from other people and real businesses and owners.
