Anita Dawood

I am a recent graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communication. I am highly motivated and passionate about pursuing a law degree and attending law school, with a strong interest in the legal field and public service. I have hands-on experience interning at a court office as a Court Clerk, where I gained valuable exposure to courtroom procedures, legal documentation, and the day-to-day operations of the judicial system.

I am known for my strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work well with diverse individuals. Outside of my academic and professional interests, I enjoy music, writing, and meeting new people, which have helped me develop creativity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.i am passionate to continue learning, growing, and contributing within the legal field.

I have professional experience working in a court office as a Court Clerk Intern, where I supported daily courtroom operations, assisted with legal documentation, and gained firsthand exposure to judicial procedures. This role strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the legal system, while reinforcing my interest in pursuing a career in law.
