Hello, my name is Annaliese Smith and I am perusing an education in Mortuary science. I am currently an CNA with Honor Health in Scottsdale AZ. I am also a firearms instructor with C2 Tactical.

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

• Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assisting with feeding or providing nutritional support as needed.
• Helping patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning.

• Taking and recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate.
• Observing and reporting any changes in patients' physical or mental status to the nursing staff.

• Changing bed linens and keeping patient rooms clean and organized.
• Assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses, such as wound care or catheter care.
• Helping patients with range of motion exercises or ambulation as prescribed.

• Ensuring that patients are comfortable and well-positioned to prevent pressure ulcers and other complications.
• Responding to patient calls for assistance in a timely and respectful manner.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, including infection control measures.

• Recording relevant patient data, including vital signs, intake and output measurements, and assistance provided with ADLs.
• Documenting observations and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff or appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Communicating effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Participating in care planning meetings and providing input based on observations of patients' needs and preferences.

I attended Paradise Vally Community College and received my Certification in Emergency Medical Technology. I am also BLS and CPR certified through the American heart association. In the spring of 2024, I am attending Scottsdale Community college perusing an associate degree in mortuary science,
