I am an artist with advanced skills in cake decorating. I have been decorating cakes since I was 17 years old.
30+ years of decorating cakes, artist, as well as teaching cake decorating to both non credit and part of the foods program at SCC in Lincoln Nebraska.
Advanced techniques in cake sculpting, and wedding cakes. I won a scholarship to Roland Winbecklers cake scholarship sculpture class in 1999. And won international cake competition also in 1999 by the Bettercream frosting company.
