Field Engineer (Fiber, Data, and Security Systems)

April 2022 – Present

• Dispatched as the designated on-site engineer for Google and Arelion in numerous data centers, installing, testing, and optimizing both in-house and mainline fiber networks.
• Engineered and executed complete data remodels for commercial clients (Walmart, Target, Costco), strengthening and fine-tuning network systems from the ground up.
• Installed and integrated security systems (surveillance cameras, alarms, access control) for businesses like Autozone and O'reilly's, optimizing system functionality and long-term performance.
• Collaborated with L2 engineers to optimize system efficiency, engineered fiber routes, and mentored junior technicians.
• Trained clients on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure complete system reliability.

I am currently obtaining my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and will obtain this certificate by the end of February 2025.
