Antonio Miles

I am a dynamic and mission-driven professional with a strong background in health education, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. With over a decade of experience designing impactful programs, leading grassroots initiatives, and building coalitions, I specialize in fostering inclusive, affirming spaces that empower marginalized communities—particularly Black and Brown LGBTQ+ individuals. I bring a creative, strategic lens to everything from event production and media campaigns to organizational development and public health advocacy.

Skilled in cross-sector collaboration, digital marketing, curriculum design, and strategic planning, I thrive in roles that challenge me to innovate, lead with empathy, and drive measurable change.

Over the past decade, I've built a diverse and impactful career at the intersection of public health, community advocacy, and creative strategy. As the Founder and Executive Director of Evolve Tampa Bay, Inc., I’ve led efforts to empower Black same-gender-loving men through culturally responsive programs, sexual health education, and innovative community events. In my former role as a Program Specialist at CAN Community Health, I developed and implemented prevention and education initiatives that addressed HIV disparities and promoted health equity across Tampa Bay.

I’ve also served as a lead organizer and collaborator for major community events, including World AIDS Day weekend and Black queer art showcases. My work often bridges grassroots organizing with digital storytelling—through my design studio, KINETECH Design Studio, I’ve supported nonprofits and small businesses with branding, digital marketing, and content creation.

With strengths in program development, media production, strategic partnerships, and leadership, I’ve remained committed to uplifting marginalized voices and creating affirming, sustainable change at the local and regional levels.
