Project REACH is an outreach program located at Libby Lake Community Center, REACH circulates around enrichment of Recreation, Employment Readiness, Academic Achievement, Community Outreach, and Healthy lifestyles. VCC/ Project REACH works closely with at-risk teens(specifically those in low income areas) by implementing curriculum preventing aspects such as teen pregnancy, gang/violence, drug/ alcohol, and other unhealthy life choices. Behind preventing comes instruction in important life skills such as making resumes for future jobs, interview skills, steps to higher education, knowledge on sexual education, emotional intelligence and several more.

Academic success is another focus, assisting students with the help they need while also including many STEM activities to keep the learning going.

• Practiced classroom management, as well behavior management, assist in facilitating activities(that include motor skills), while implementing Montessori values.
• Assisted in tours with potential clients, enrolled students, assisted in employee scheduling, and managing shipments for supplies for school.
