Arthur has built a solid reputation on a track record of increasing sales and gross margins, developing and growing new business segments, designing innovative marketing strategies, redefining business processes and controlling expenses. Further, Arthur is licensed in the state of California and federally registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator and has been admitted to the California State Court as Qualified Expert in Mortgage Fraud and Foreclosure Litigation.
In the early 90's Arthur was a Mortgage Loan Consultant for Great Western Bank, a Northridge California based commercial bank, which was merged into Washington Mutual Bank and ultimately merged into JP Morgan Chase. Arthur’s career extends further to Wells Fargo Bank, in Los Angeles and to Community Commerce Bank, a Non-conforming commercial lender in Commerce California. Most recently worked at Chase Bank, US Bank and Bank of America, all as Mortgage Banker.
