As a creative, organized, and adaptable recent graduate, I am building a career that unites my passions, strengths, and skills with companies and organizations that seek to better the world. In my current position with Consulting Solutions, Inc., I serve as one of the diligent analysts behind the company's Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. These reports are prepared with care and detail, and delivered punctually.
In order to deliver these reports as promised, I exercise excellent time management, self-direction, and communication skills. In addition, I am a certified Radon Measurement Technician in multiple states, and perform testing at multifamily residential properties nationally, communicating effectively with local property staff, residents, and other stakeholders regarding testing activities and guidelines.
In my former role as Audience Services Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago's Department of Fine and Performing Arts, I managed a team of 2-22 student workers during regular weekly office hours, assigning tasks via a digital work operating system, conducting ticket sales, providing customer service via phone, email and in-person, overseeing training in various technologies, organizing space usage, and developing email marketing campaigns showcasing the department's programming. Additionally, during performances and events, our team served as the Front of House staff, with myself managing the audience experience of the event, delegating tasks to our team members, communicating with the Back of House team, creatively problem solving in high pressure situations, and providing excellent customer service to patrons.
I am an enthusiastic team member, bringing a positive attitude and an open mind into all work situations. I find joy in working as part of a team, and am a reliable and consistent collaborator. With B.A.s in both Environmental Studies and Jazz Studies from Loyola University Chicago, my passions and experiences span the scientific, social, political, and creative arts worlds. I find this bridge to be one of my greatest strengths and bring this perspective with me into the workplace.
Outside of my current position, I continue to play trombone as a freelance musician in the greater Chicago area. I look forward to connecting and collaborating with people in all fields, and building a network of individuals who believe that a better future requires creative problem solving and lots of perspective.
