• Guided and communicated with a group of incoming freshmen throughout the year
• Aided incoming students who needed help which included finding classes or certain campus locations
• Participated in monthly one-on-one check-ins with freshmen and delivered important school information
• Tutored struggling students after-school or during advocacy

Main Driver - H2GP Club - Elk Grove, CA

The RC Club is an after-school club offered through the Green Technology academy pathway of Laguna Creek Highschool. This club included building a remote control cars powered by hydrogen which later would be competed with at the annual global H2GP competition

• Operated the remote control car during 6 hour competition
• Engineered the car from scratch
• Programmed the telemetry system
• Designed and tested innovative components to improve the efficiency of the car
• Achieved a spot in World Finals and awarded trophies in best presentation, innovations, and 1st place Girls in STEM team

Boat Driver - Solar Regatta Club - Elk Grove, CA

(2024 - 2025)

Regatta is an after-school club for building a boat where a competition is held in the spring called Solar Regatta. The Solar Regatta is mainly a junior-led project, where all year long, students design and manufacture a boat from scratch using wood and fiberglass that runs on solar energy

• Operated the steering system during races
• Designed team T-shirts
• Created sustainable steering system through operating plastic shredder to develop a new steering handle
• Achieved trophies in leading by example, presentation, sustainability, sprint, endurance, and overall
