About

My mission is to create long lasting positive impact. Passionate about empowering others, I am dedicated to fostering a warm and productive work environment. With extensive experience working in the tech industry, I excel in managing operations and nurturing company culture. Coming from an adverse rural background, I bring a unique perspective that allows me to forge profound relationships beyond the surface level. I firmly believe that robust relationships are the foundation of organizational success. My commitment to making a meaningful difference drives me to establish genuine bonds that build community and fuel organizational excellence.

I possess a strong data analysis set that adds value to any team. I’m proficient in constructing impactful dashboards and diving into extensive data sets using Oracle, Excel, and Tableau reports that extract valuable insights. Additionally, I have historically utilized people data and analytics, badge-in data, occupancy reporting, and pulse feedback to enhance employee experience.
