I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my working life. I have experience in every environment from fine dining to high volume; with global cuisines from Scandinavian to Italian to Japanese and many more! This experience has also provided me with great knowledge on spirits, wine, beers and pairing beverages with food. I am gracious under pressure and able to multi-task like an expert.

Well I haven't been in an academic setting for quite some time. I went to MSU Denver where i received my BA in speech language hearing sciences in 2016, with a minor in psychology. Despite not being in school for some time, I do consider everyday to be a learning experience.
