• Set up, cleaned, and prepared laboratory equipment for the following shift.
• Performed wide range of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood chemistry analysis, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Processed and determined the integrity of all materials including reagents and specimens. 
• Maintained laboratory equipment and performed routine maintenance to ensure proper functionality while preventing breakdowns. 
• Prepared and analyzed patient samples, recorded and interpreted test results, and reported findings to physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
• Ability to apply knowledge to results in order to catch significant results as a part of patient care. 
• Utilized Laboratory Information Systems for data entry, result retrieval, and generating reports, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow. 
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to discuss test results, provide consultation, and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment. 
• Assisted in training and mentoring new laboratory staff members, providing guidance on lab techniques, technologies and best practices.
