I have experience in social work, and am currently working in juvenile corrections. I am looking to transition to working with adult offenders. I am knowledgeable in the justice system and am passionate about making a positive change in the world. I am diligent, and detail oriented. I have a strong work ethic and work well with a team. I have integrity and strive to be the very best that I can be, both inside and outside of the workplace.
I have been working for Sacramento County Probation in the Youth Detention Facility for a year and a half. I completed JCORE training and PC 832 in my academy back in March of 2022, and have been working in the juvenile institution ever since as a juvenile corrections officer. In the youth detention facility, my duties included running the day to day operations including the safety and security of all residents and officers.
