I am a video game veteran with nearly 20 years experience. I have overseen the creation of more than twelve titles from the concept phase, to completion and submission, and post launch support. I value trust and transparency with my team and find the best games are made from the teams with the healthiest relationships.
The last 15 years I have been a Game Director and Creative Director. The majority of the titles I oversaw the initial concept and pitch phase, wrote the design documents, worked hands-on with the team during development, and was accountable for milestones being delivered on time and at a high qualitative bar.
