I enjoy a fast-paced environment that allows me to utilize problem solving skills. I like a good challenge and enjoy learning new skills that help further development of myself, as well as push my current skills. I have good communication skills, striving to be clear and consistent with the information that is being given.

I have been in my role for almost 1.5 years. Half of that time was spent as a key-holder, learning the responsibilities of management. The other half was spent as full management and executing the skills necessary for the role.

Along with, starting a pathway to becoming an operational manager. I have worked for my company for almost 5.5 years.
