At Paychex as a Client Service Representative, my job duties span within many aspect of payroll for small businesses. Some of those job duties include assisting with processing a payroll, questions about taxes, earnings and deductions on an individual and company level, etc. Softwares used to perform such task include Cisco Finesse, Paychex Flex, Citrix, Various Microsoft applications, and Webex.
Most of our time is spent taking inbound calls, but will also shift thought out the day doing outreach for client support, email responses, and even calling back dedicated clients for direct assistance.
