I have a Masters Degree in Food Science from University of Mass in Amherst Mass.
Worked 40 yrs in the Food Industry in R&D and Regulator.
I worked in Product Development such as Frienly Ice Cream when they were owned by Hershey Foods. I also worked for Heinz, and Unilever and a small Bakery mix co in NH.
Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Food Science UMASS AMHERST.
